How do you manage to do an apprenticeship campaign in times of COVID-19 that is well received despite the distance? Well, here we go!
We placed the apprentices themselves into the center of the campaign for F/LIST and made each of the 4 apprenticeships tangible with 360- degree videos using VR glasses. The VR glasses were sent to the schools together with informative material. This way, F/LIST was able to give potential applicants a comprehensive insight into their daily lives at the firm and the advantages of the various apprenticeships. The VR glasses didn’t get sent back, but the inbox was filled with applications.
